Pros
- Utterly stunning projects to work on alongside world-class talent. - The company truly values design. - They deeply care about their employees, and advocate for work/life balance. - The products you get to work on are mission driven but also very cool. - The pay *incredibly* well. - They give you $800/month for your home office (no receipts required.) - And you have a $1000/year for travel (personal travel - like going to Greece.) - Most of all - they practice async work, so I only have meetings when it's absolutely necessary. Which means I can work in the day, share my progress back with my manager using mmhmm, and she responds async as well. It's truly remarkable.
Cons
It's hard to think of any. Because we work with startups, the landscape sometimes would change so quickly that we need to fast track projects which could result in some unexpected work. Even so, it's dramatically less than traditional creative agencies.
