None, everyone who works here is absolutely miserable.

I wish there was a way to leave less than a star, I’m not even sure where to begin. I guess I will start with what I found out within my first week of working for Andy Gilbert of all state. The turn out rate is insane, hardly anyone has been there longer than 60 days, and everyone who works there has absolutely no idea what they are doing. I was hired on with the promise of being helped with school, and that I would be paid more. I was also hired on with the promise that I would be spending time on the fabrication end because that’s what I’m in school for. None of these promises were upheld Andy after realizing he wasn’t going to come through on these promises instead of just admitting what he’d done he decided to hide and let someone else “fire” me and then couldn’t give me a reason why. Everyone that works here is miserable, don’t let yourself get fooled by anything this company has going on. He even told me 4 former employees were suing him for un paid wages he has lawsuits all over the place from faulty work. The dudes obviously a crook, stay away from this place both as an employee and as a client,

The staff are very nice to work with and can be a very good source of support whereas the owner is not.

The Owner promises grand ideas and concepts but does not follow through. He owns other companies which take his attention from this company on several occasions. All State ECA is not is main priority. The work is basic, however it is very stressful due to the fact the owner will not allow his experienced staff to make decisions in order to provide the customer the service they deserve. The owner refuses to train or even send staff to training for their position but insists on holding them to certified technician standards. It is a very stressful and micromanaged work environment with unattainable expectations from the owner. The owner will go through various moods throughout the day from extremely happy to rude, disrespectful, and angry. You will hear a lot of yelling and aggressive tone from the owner. You will be hired for a position however the owner did not mentioned the plethora of expectations that are generally beyond your scope of work and/or experience and will not provide you with support or training to succeed.
