Pros
The people (non-management) were great to work with, always available to answer questions or help out whenever they were asked. They made the job enjoyable.
Cons
They are focused solely on "customer touches" (phone calls, not emails) to get the name out and sell. It was strictly SELL, SELL, SELL. There were no benefits, unless you were upper management. You aren't eligible for PTO until 12 months after your start date. Stiff and rigid management, with no flexibility or understanding of life's circumstances. Everything is laser focused on getting product out the door, very little concern shown for best safety practices (too many OSHA violations to count). The city even took action against the company and asked them not to empty propane tanks in their open-air yard (no filtration system). Pallets of product were left outside, exposed to elements and animals - attempts were made to clean and refurbish, others were sold "as-is".
