Pros

Traveling and working with animals.

Cons

-NOT INSURED AS COMMERCIAL VEHICLES OR TRANSPORT VEHICLES. -If ANYTHING happens to driver belongings, Drivers and pets are NOT COVERED. -Management lies to customers and drivers and say whatever they think we want to hear to shut us up. -They do not pay drivers promised salary, and you end up spending more than you make in travel expenses. You pay for food, showers, laundry, ect. The van is your road home, the passenger or driver seat are your beds. -Owners DO NOT service their vehicles properly and they are known to catch fire. They lie to customers and say the van had a "mechanical issue" and they tell their insurance companies that their employees were "friends borrowing their private vehicle." -No proper heating/cooling for the animals, or for the drivers -Extreme and impossible driving schedules that constantly change, sometimes more than hourly. -you end up making $0.20 per hour if you are lucky. -Many of the animals come from disgusting "puppy mills" and are sold other mills and are often sick. -Beware of the Management expecting you to preform pet transports for cash. You are expected to handle large amounts of cash while traveling across country, which is dangerous, not to mention, highly illegal. -The entire company is shady. Do not fall for this scam. You are lucky if you get a W-2 come tax time.

Pros

We are a company that cares about the pets we transport. We get to work with wonderful people all over the country. We get to help rescue cats and dogs. We help others that might not be able to get a service animal to them, actually to them. Able to help k-9 training camps at a lower cost then other companies, due to the fact, we are trying to help. It's not just about money. It's about the quality of care we provide.

Cons

The main downfall, is the drivers that work for us, it takes them away from there families from 5- 10 days during there routes. Then dealing with my parents 24/7 lol I'm just kidding.

Pros

Working with the animals and open road

Cons

The owner like to do the bait and switch on your pay, if you get paid at all. They will promise a salary and then you find out that you will never get close to that. They switch the salary to 20% commission per tick. That’s bs. They tax your non taxable income. They charge you for cleaning their vans and you will have a issue using the company card. It will decline a lot. They promised fund to cover your expenses while on the road. The truth is that one your first trip out.. you’re on your own. You will never be able get a room to sleep in, the vans are your hotel room. Your true survival is what tips you can make at each delivery points. What should be part of your profits becomes what you will use to pay for your food, showers etc. You will start with a schedule but that schedule is subject to change by day 2. And you will end up running behind. Drive hours can be upto 20 hours a day to keep up with that crazy schedule. You will make less than .33 per hour.
