Pros

Work from Home, bonuses every quarter, and company vacations to a location 2x a year

Cons

Salary was well-below market rate. Was set up for failure. I was supposed to be assigned a new project by my manager, but never was assigned a project for that quarter. The performance review didn't turn out too well because I didn't really have anything to work on (not surprised there) despite working daily on ad hoc requests and other work I was trying to discover on my own. There was no set "goal" or "rubic of success" and it was determined by whether or not you contributed "more than you should have" The team I had been working on was iffy from the start after a good amount of people left the team and they had to hire people to fill the void. Alot of conflicts happened between those that left and management and was caused mainly because they discovered the company was associated with predatory pay-day loans and other unethical, predatory emails. They tend to target low-income individuals who are likely to be susceptible to predatory emails and spam. They expected you to work during the Dec 26-31 if you don't take PTO.

Pros

I have been with All Inbox long enough to have seen the extraordinary measures that management has taken over the years to continue to create a truly exceptional workplace atmosphere. They go above and beyond to make employees feel valued and to lead the company in an inspiring way. They set the tone for hard work, collaboration, honesty, and (not always found in the workplace) kindness. I have been amazed at AIB's ability to change and adapt to an ever-changing online advertising industry. To systematically list some of the pros: -working from home -ability to advance if self-motivated, a hardworker, and work well with others -great pay and bonuses -fun and beneficial perks -good benefits

Cons

-working from home can be challenging if you don't have the right demeanor for it. It happens to be perfect for me, and I love it!
