      * Poor Communication. * Little to no training. * CEO, plant manager, customer service, and several others were either fired or replaced within less than half a year. They are purging people. * Company demanding more work with poor pay/ compensation.

      cool coworkers. everyone is pretty friendly on the floor

      Cons

      every day is mass confusion. It seems like they like it that way. First smaller company ive worked for it and insane how few processes are documented.
