Pros
Good Pay Timing, But Poor Management and Work Pressure
Cons
I worked at the company for a while. The only strong point is that salaries are always paid on time. Also, if you’re handling a lot of work and they depend on you, you’ll have the power to negotiate the salary you want.
They also give you a company car that you can use anytime, and there’s a yearly bonus that is never less than one month of salary — sometimes it reaches up to 4 months.
But the downsides are hard to ignore. The work pressure is extreme, and there’s zero flexibility in working hours, 12 hours every day, even when the workload is not too much. Managers put a lot of psychological pressure, which makes you feel bad about yourself. The way they treat people is very disrespectful, and the biggest issue is the management itself. Most managers don’t know how to deal with people at all.
