Opportunities all around, interesting clients, a renewed focus on quality and reliability. Leaders are kind and recognize how difficult and complex things are, modernization efforts are underway. Check back in a few years. The culture is good but not the same since covid, nothing is. They have a hybrid work environment for some local employees, full remote for others. Awesome office, lots of perks.
Cons
Could be stronger benefits and a better 401k match. Lots of of projects remain at 70% completion for years. Technical debt related to typical fast startup growth, but very toxic KPI culture. New technical leadership has a technical hammer and it's hammer time; don't get nailed. (I don't agree with how negative the other reviews are. Business is business.) Some obvious favoritism; you stick with who made you rich and you will become richer - can't blame them.
