Fantastic is an understatement when it comes to describing everything Alkami is and strives to be. When I was on the job search, I knew that Alkami was at the top of my list for places to work in the DFW area, and I had to somehow get my foot in the door. Luckily for me, there was an opening that suited my skills extremely well, and I jumped at the opportunity to come in and interview. The interview process was flawless, and I saw the enormous possibilities that Alkami offered. Everyone I met with was welcoming, and showed me what it really meant to be an Alkamist. Just walking around the facility, employees would smile and say Hi, and there was a sense of excitability for work that is being done. Alkami is a family first environment, and employees are encouraged to take time off to enjoy whatever it is they want to do.
