Post Acquisition by Grifols is less great - Scientist II Alkahest Employee Review

I interned here during the summer to assist in a project. The managers were very open minded and were kind to me. Catering was provided to us even though I was contracted for just one summer.

None that I could think of

Alkahest has a really robust pre-clinical research program developing therapies born from the science of aging. The research is engaging, challenging, and fun to work on. The team is great to work with - motivated, collaborative, and smart. Overall it is a really rewarding place to work.

Like any start up, Alkahest is fast-paced. The management does a decent job of keeping it reasonable, but at times can be acclerated.
