If you want to work for a company where management conspires against you, undervalues, and underpays. This is the job for you. Being remote is the only plus about this company. They are poorly structured and ran and have a high turnover rate within their sales and recruitment departments. They have a no work flow or efficient processes in place to make the job flow smoothly. Resulting in you working harder to compensate. You will work over time daily and not get compensated or recognized. You will have to pick up the slack of other department's and still get scolded for it. Not to mention if you like having your work day interrupted with at least 3-4 (1) hour meetings daily to share the same information Align is for you. They do not value the hardworking employees. The ones that care and love their job. Instead, they thrive on school age antics and pettiness. I almost forgot! If you think you will ever get commission working in the sales or recruitment department, think again. They have set an unattainable metric system that they know you won't hit, so they won't pay you for the work you have done. This is just a brief snippet of working at AlignStaffing.
