Pros
- Fast-Paced (very exhilarating) - Rewarding in being able to really impact businesses - I've been given a lot of time to talk with doctors and are treated as a partner, not a traditional sales rep. - Company listens to it's territory managers and adapts to how the market is changing and evolving. - On a guarantee for first quarter
Cons
- Fast-Paced (can be a con for some, but most with sales background find this as a needed aspect of their job) - Quota for iTero can be a little tough at first I've realized, but once the relationship is built and you have the trust, you can easily identify where good fits would be (analog to digital, not using the scanner they have, upgrades, 2nd scanner, etc.).
