Pros

cool virtual call center job for newbies after working this job, finally had a reason to get a therapist- who immediately picked up on the toxic work environment & recommended me to quit for my health alongside my doctor. 😃👍🏽

Cons

pay, it’s a joke. great for someone who can hold their bladder for hours. schedule adherence is huge here, so you will get docked for the slightest adjustment to your schedule if you need a bathroom break or a breather from the high volume. they treasure schedule adherence over a coworker who regularly practices work avoidance. no formal leave of absence appeals for ANY reason so they’ll left their systems not catch your paperwork from your doctor even though you called & confirmed they received what they needed- then still deny you with no support. as much as they push career advancement opportunities, they don’t tell you how hard it is to actually attain that here. employees will openly tell you that they hate customer care, the seasoned employees are trying to post out. management will still dangle promotions in your face to keep you interested. 0 work life balance, most days are blocked from requesting vacation on. you already barely get enough time off to schedule as is.
