Alight does NOT care about their employees. If you have disabled family members or if you are disabled yourself after you have been hired this company isnt for you. They will mistreat you and will have you awaiting pay and benefits only to turn around and BILL YOU after several months of emotional abuse. The metrics are insane and the pay does not match the amount of hours you put in ( Modern day slavery ). Most of the jobs will be moving to India in 2024 so buckle up for mass layoffs.
