Pros
The company offers a good deal of flexibility, but I suppose that depends on the role. I was able to work from home when I chose and managers weren't concerned with sticking to a set schedule.
Cons
I was part of this company for a long time and overall I enjoyed my time there. The company seems to be intent on moving roles offshore to save on salary. I was part of a massive layoff that involved replacing many roles with offshore colleagues and I wouldn't surprised if more are to come.
