You're promoted because of who you know and not what you do. They bend and even break rules for the favored employees. Workplace bullying is real. They talk about ethics and and people matter. The only people who matter are the clients. You're told when to take lunch and breaks. You're penalized if you miss your break because you were working. Favored employees can make huge errors that are swept under the rug and get high call scores, otherwise, you're held back. Go for it if you're desperate, but this company is headed nowhere fast.
