      At this point, the PRO's are still the benefits and casual atmosphere they have had since Hewitt days. You are still able to take off at the last minute notice.

      Cons

      Salaries are still the biggest problem with this company ever since Hewitt.

      Excessive workload, actual team makeup did not support training policies, support roles were not valued by other businesses, lack of leadership support, unreasonable expectations for support roles
