Very bad management. The owners of the Romanian Subsdiary have no management experience, are toxic, they lie to their employees and partners. The so-called "CFO" , who is also in charge of HR, has no clue about professional attitude, strategic thinking, team bonding. They package all the garbage into a nice "Monday fruits and cakes" at the office, like giving food to people is what matters the most for the atmosphere and company culture. They try to control everything, including personal life of their employees, but they consider themselves "flexible". Run if this is not the first job in your life and have terms of comparison!
