Working at Alif was an extremely disappointing experience characterized by unprofessionalism and lack of basic decency. Here are the cons I encountered during my tenure: 1. **Abrupt Change in CEO's Attitude**: Upon resigning for a better opportunity, the CEO's demeanor shifted drastically from normal to harsh within seconds, showing a complete lack of empathy or understanding. 2. **Blame Game and Misrepresentation**: I was unfairly blamed for losing a client due to the company's misrepresentation of my experience level. They falsely portrayed me as having over 2 years of experience when I only had 2 months, leading to client dissatisfaction. 3. **Unjust Demands During Resignation**: Alif refused to provide my relieving letter unless I paid two months' salary and served an extra notice period, conditions not mentioned in my offer letter or any prior communication. 4. **Poor Communication and Disrespectful HR**: The HR department, particularly the current HR representative, was consistently rude, lacked basic manners, and failed to provide timely updates on important matters like my Provident Fund (PF). 5. **Lack of Appreciation and Acknowledgment**: Throughout my tenure, my efforts were never appreciated or acknowledged by the management, creating a demoralizing work environment. Overall, my experience at Alif was marred by these significant shortcomings, making it a challenging and disheartening workplace.
