Pros
As a client of Alida (Vision Critical) most of my career and then as an employee for 2 years, I got to first hand experience the inclusive and friendly culture. Even years after leaving Alida, I have still maintained some of my relationships with some of my co-workers. Great company with a great product.
Cons
The only downside of working at Alida during Covid and post Covid was the minimum amount of time we got to spend working together in person.
