Pros

Amazing place for co-ops, internships, and junior roles as their mentorship program is great. Lots of opportunity to learn if you are motivated. A lot of very talented, helpful, and intelligent teammates to learn from.

Cons

There is no CTO or Chief Architect to balance product feature requests and tech debt. Product is facing scalability problems due to an overhead of tech debt that doesn't get prioritized. When sales requests and marketing is determining the direction of the product, business and product decisions tend to be short sighted and doesn't scale well with long term product goals. It becomes increasingly more difficult to innovate when there is little prioritization on the refactors and infrastructure changes that enable rapid development.
