You can learn a lot in this company from yourself only. Very less chance to get support from your boss, But if u r lucky then there are good bosses in few departments and in various plants
Cons
Politics is in very high level in this company...no 1 take responsibility fr their failure will blame others. Poor work life balance...if u want to grow then u have to do buttering otherwise you will not grow in this company.
