Pros
If you are willing to take the initiative and put in the work, you'll go far here. The management team is big on self-improvement and promoting from within. The people here are exceptional. We want to hang out together. It's not uncommon to see table top games in the break room or go out for drinks with co-workers for a birthday.
Everyone is incredibly nice and accepting of any and all diversity. It's rare to ever feel uncomfortable here.
Cons
You won't be given anything here just because you have a degree. Many without degrees have become engineers. Many with degrees don't have technical roles because they simply aren't a good fit. It's impact over title, and that doesn't mesh with everyone.
Sometimes it can get stressful, but that's true everywhere.
