Most employees are engaged and actively providing feedback on the product. - CTO / head of product is a great leader and manager; he actively sought out feedback to improve, had no ego, and really cared about his team. I will miss him as a manager! - Great hiring strategy; Algrano has retained motivated, experienced, friendly and creative professionals on below-market salaries.
