Algonomy post the merger of Manthan and RichRelevance is focused on powering digital first strategies for retailers and brands, hence we are hiring for multiple positions to build newer products and serve customers better. In our journey, we are also learning new ways of working with global teams, that cut across timezones, but give us the opportunity to work with the best of the best, globally, this means connecting in hours that are mutually conducive. This does mean that not everyone can work 9am - 5pm. Hence a new norm is setting in. We are in the middle of this change and it can be hard for some.
