- low salary
- very high turnover of employees
- no guidance as to how to fill in roles that people get put into in internal movements, and then when failed to meet that standard, the employee gets micromanaged, moved again into other types of roles and pushed to leave
- management focuses on weaknesses rather than developing and utilizing individual strengths
- which puts the employee's self worth down and uses that to justify paying low salary
- eventually one becomes fearful of making mistakes because of history of being personally attacked by management
- the things you do here will mostly be self-learned and when you leave the company feeling like you haven't learned anything useful career-wise
