When you think AHK is a good company to work for and give you time to learn the role and then dismiss you after 6 weeks due to probation? The probation was 6 months
Cons
Don’t give you a chance to prove yourself and a valid reason for dismissal. I was enjoying the job and tried my best and was given positive feedback and arrive to work and get told I have a meeting? Didn’t have any clue about this going on didn’t give me a chance. I’ve been told that they have done this previously also
