Pros
Great group of people to work with, excellent comp plan, management invests in their employees, and I enjoy coming to work every day.
Cons
None really. With this being my first job in the recruiting field, everything I've been promised in terms of personal/financial growth has been met through the plan they've laid out for me. You need a strong work ethic for this to be possible.
