-More than 9 hours work and without counting overtime -Different roles according to what the company needs even if that is not what you signed up for -Low salaries until you are the only one left to do the job (still not what other companies offer) -Delusional CEO that believes stuff like "young people do not want to work", "if you can't handle it then this company is not for you" and it goes on and on
