Pros
Good culture amongst consultants Good training provided on market content Owners are approachable and always visable on the sales floor
Cons
Run with an accountant management structure across their clients which only benefits the 3/4 main account managers Don't allow you to speak to co-workers on desk - regimented New starters don't have an opportunity to start making any commission for a long time due to the account management structure. One of the account managers is over opinionated and shares his opinions openly on desk for all to hear. One of the other account managers chooses if she likes you or not and if she doesn't like you which is very common due to her attitude and dislike towards other people (won't allow you to eat, talk, laugh, enjoy your work) chances are you'll get fired quickly No strategy in place, espshally for new consultants The cheaper they can hire the better The less commission they pay the better The office is in a very bad location and is genuinly a terrible office inviroment - no microwave, no kitchen, no real facilities, old computer systems For the businesses 10 year anniversary/ summer event they made the whole office go and do a days worth of community service in a park digging and replanting and wasted everyone's working day with what felt like a punishment rather than an event that should have been enjoyed.
