Pros
Some really good consultants, one or two account managers genuinely care for you, good support staff who aren't always appreciated and rarely get any recognition.
Cons
Majority of management actually don't care about the development of their staff even though they pretend they do. Threshold structure is setup for you as a consultant to fail. The structure rewards timing of deals which is completely out of your control rather then revenue generated. I realised I needed to leave as I billed 120k in about 13 months and had only seen roughly 3% of this in commission. Office is in a depressing location away from the city or Canary Wharf. A number of quality candidates who are in jobs are unable to come and meet with you because of the awkward location. No natural air or light in the office which adds to a depressing feeling. No staff benefits, not even a microwave or kettle, forcing you to spend money on lunch and coffees everyday. Amount of key accounts is small and you find yourself being restricted to one account if you experience any small success with them.
