Pros
Everyone who works at Alerus is very nice and down to earth. They do a good job at hiring from within. As a part time employee, was given opportunity to receive full benefits. Company has been rapidly growing in last several years.
Cons
Some technology and applications are a little outdated for a company of this size. I received average training when I started my position however have received very little training since.
