      Poor management - Administrative Aleron Employee Review

      Pros

      They provide food on holidays.

      Cons

      Minimum wage or close to it in most positions even if you have a BA. Management is incompetent, I literally only spoke to management once during my interview and once when I left the company. Poorly run and pathetic; management is meek and mainly consist of women who probably only have their position because girl power is the fad right now. Absolutely no 401k and poor healthcare.
