      Robust Employee Benefits Package at fair employee cost

      Cons

      Leadership very poor. No training. Overloaded Account managers yield poor quality support to sold clients. Commission only program not competitive with other national brokerages

      Cons

      Way to many accounts and underpaid based on workload. Employees leave and workload just shifted to remaining employees. To much nepotism.
