Pros
The national group defines the benefits and even a lot of the culture. They appreciate and seek out employee feedback. The executive management believes that each office matters, contributes to the overall culture and can make their own decisions. The benefits are fantastic (National Office) and my local office provides competitive salaries. My local office is also a great place to work. The management truly emphasizes employee growth and education, and they are willing to support each other through a collaborative effort. The management seeks feedback and allows account managers to work without micro managing daily tasks. You have clear expectations and a team to help you meet them.
Cons
I'm reaching, but, not everyone is in the local office each week, which can make connecting with some coworkers a bit more difficult.
