TECH The latest, fastest, and most advanced tech helps us serve our clients to the best of our ability and keeps us from lagging behind the competition. HUMAN TOUCH But it’s the human element that really sets this company apart. They encourage us to be familiar with every new advancement in tech so we can keep up, but at the end of the day it’s our abilities as human beings to understand our clients, listen and meet their needs. I wouldn’t be able to do what I do without the tech the company pays for, but I’m grateful that management knows the tech alone isn’t what gets the job done.
Cons
It’s a steep learning curve when you’re just starting out, especially because you have so much learn so much tech along with learning the company. Once you get the hang of it though, it gets much easier.
