      - If you're passionate about your craft, you will thrive. - There is opportunity to pivot and find your niche within Aleph, just vocalize it with the right people. - There is a genuine care for people and if something does go wrong within a situation, nobody has any shame to hold their hands up. - There is a competitive mindset, which keeps you driven to do better and learn constantly. - In the event you must work from home, they are able to cater to this request 99% of the time.

      Cons

      - Sometimes it's hard to figure out who to go to for specific issues if you don't go through the email channels, but everyone is always willing to help you out.
