Cons
New CEO and the new C level executives came through and paid terrible respect to the people who had given their time to the company. They routed everyone out who was experienced and mass hired incompetent individuals in a niche of an industry with LOTS of complicated moving parts. They demanded things adhere to strict quotas while flooding the gates with bozos who sucked time out of the system. It was impossible to come out of there with any encouragement or approval. A once decent startup-esque company with good people fighting the underdog fight transformed to a shell that gave no cares for the people who were there.
