      Pros

      Mission is compelling and work is challenging, but rewarding. You really feel like you're fighting for the good guys. Flexible working arrangements for full time remote work. A lot of opportunities for advancement and learning new skills. Compensation is reasonable.

      Cons

      Typical challenges associated with a decentralized (remote) team. Requires flexibility associated with constantly changing business models.

      - Extremely smart, driven people were there at the beginning but as the company has progressed it's a different culture - Good mission and CEO is an ethical person

      Cons

      - Very disorganized and trying to do too many things at once (Aledade Care Solutions, ACCESS, A+, MA) - Inability to recognize competition and two steps behind with practice churn - Toxic people in leadership can get ahead, want to hear "yes men"
