People who work there are great and super fun, definitely fosters a fun environment as long as the owner is not around. Concerts and sports at TD Garden bring in a busy rush.

Management is extremely difficult to work under. The whole vibe shifts when the owner is in-house, putting everyone on edge, and getting spoken to extremely condescendingly for little, inconsequential things.
