There was a lot of in office politics that went against their advertised company culture. The boss has a complex and imposes his ideas on others. There was a lack of autonomy and the work done is unappreciated

I have joined here as a video editor then I promoted to senior video editor. They valued my insights and thoughts about the video editing and graphic designs. I really love to work here it’s good place Learning new skills.
