Your contact within Alchemy doesn't ever seem to care when you try to reach them about your placement. And heaven forbid you have a problem with your pay. They expect you to do all the leg work on fixing the pay issue, while still fulfilling your work duties to the client.
Like most other contract places the pay is subpar but they seem to take the lions share of the hourly rates compared to the full-time people at the client I worked at.
My advise is, unless you are desperate for work, overlook any email you get from them
