Pros
Remote positions, flexibility and good co-workers.
Cons
Management is an issue. Pointing fingers at each other. Lack of structure, over workings employees 9+ hours as a regular employee is not enough with no overtime pay. I would be lucky to have a lunch break. Some work on weekends. This is why I left this company. The system used is not user friendly and dated. Management here get away with a lot but regular employees make up for their lack of organization.
