pays alright, some commission offers training to employees -everyone is friendly

very corporate, does not listen to the advice of the most important people who work there in the company, which are the managers and providers. A lot of people who are not on the clinical side of things make decisions - no pay raise - commission structure is not the best. You have to make patients spend a certain amount to get the highest commission, which can be difficult when the patients are super young and don't spend too much money
