The wage is weekly but not as much as is stated.
Cons
They don't have the work, yet they will take you on and say they have work all over the north west for live in carers. If a contract ends early you only get paid for the days you work rather than for the days you have been booked, and they don't have another job to send you to. I was expected to work from 7 am till 11 pm and do numerous night calls but that wasn't reflected in the pay. They only call when something has gone wrong on a job and they want cover straight away. When you travel to your job and send in travel expenses you would expect this to be shown on your wage slip or payed back separately this did not happen.
