Pay is extremely poor Poor direction from managing 'professionals' Employee moral is non-existent Lack of support from President Many staff members who are egocentric, some in director level positions Major lack of communication between departments when it comes to decision making Lack of public safety visibility on campus as well as proper staff training in the event of an active shooter event Campus IT/Registrar is now a consulting firm...really bad move.
