      Great work life balance. Has been in general a fair place to work that is culturally diverse and really supports its employees.

      Cons

      Some groups have in the past become toxic but eventually get resolved.

      - great day to day teams - easy work - unlimited PTO

      Cons

      - HORRIBLE benefits - Force you to use Albertsons pharmacy and limits coverage, feels like they’re squeezing employees for more revenue - wants to grow business by asking partners to invest more but provides zero rationale in budget increases - no growth opportunities or career path - work is not challenging - leadership doesn’t care about teams
