Thank you for your comments. Employee satisfaction is imperative here at Plated and all feedback is taken very seriously. We are sorry that you had an unpleasant experience working with us. Our latest employee survey data indicates that our managers care about their employees growth and that our leaders are transparent about our company's metrics. We would welcome any advice on how to prepare a "swankier", free, daily breakfast for 200 employees and are open to hearing about how to improve our benefits offering. The feedback from our employees has been extremely positive regarding our medical, dental, & vision insurance offerings, a free Plated box every week ($2,500 worth of delicious food), a generous annual education stipend, our unlimited vacation policy, and our dog friendly office space.
