      Pros

      Great location, parking available for cheap. A lot of great staff and team members. Benefits are great, and flexible schedule

      Cons

      . A lot of dysfunction between different groups. Not cohesive. Many leaders lack personal skills, instead they are hired for their technical abilities but are lacking in people development. If you have goals and dreams, this is where you go to die. They want yes men, not big thinkers.

      strange work enviroment and sometimes unqualified people are put in positions to work on things they shouldnt.

      Work Life Balance is decent

      Cons

      Just another cog in the wheel. Office is like stepping back in time. Working for the GoA in Calgary means you are typically an after thought for delivery of information, inclusion in policy and influence in circles and at a disadvantage to direct conversations with people in Edmonton due to the "chain of command".
