Cons
This new CEO, Rob Morgan, is a big yikes. Either he has decided to be the mouthpiece of whoever is pushing for the elimination of hybrid work, or he is the one actually pushing for it. Either way, this guy has fallen flat with the 1,000 employees who work here, and those of us with transferable skills and talent are planning an exit. Most of us are only here because of the hybrid work policy. I look forward to seeing how often the AER is in the news when the only people left are the brand new hires. The E&C staff didn't even ask the questions the rest of us cared about in the town hall, and the new CEO appears completely useless. Who has time to 'wander the halls' as he likes to put it? Don't you have actual work to do?
